The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms above European standards, with very comfortable beds and decent-sized bathrooms, making for a cozy stay. The service is outstanding, especially during the day shift on August 6th, 2018, offering a wide range of amenities. The location is superb, within walking distance of major tourist sites and convenient for both shopping and leisure activities. The dining experience is generally good, with a variety of options available, although some staff members can be more attentive. A few minor facilities could be improved, but the overall value for money is worthwhile.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a balcony, decorated in a classical style, and comfortable enough for a short stay. The service was top-notch, reflecting both the management team and the IHG brand. The location had a few noise issues but offered thoughtful courtesies and was close to high-end stores and restaurants, the Prado museum, and the Real Madrid Stadium. The rooms are spacious, clean, and provide a pleasant stay. The service is professional, courteous, and Mr Clau Buchmeier goes the extra mile with a smile. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the metro and plenty of quality nearby restaurants. The dining experience is generally good with a nice variety, however, there were moments of rudeness noted in the staff. The facilities are excellent overall, catering well to various needs.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were big, clean, and had classical furniture with a comfy mattress. I loved the access to an interior window for fresh air without noise. The front desk and bar were great, plus there were local food options nearby. The terrace offered beautiful views of Castellana avenue.
